Lead Bartender
The Lead Bartender will oversee the daily operations of our bar, from serving drinks to managing inventory. This role involves a mix of hands-on work behind the bar and administrative duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their mixology skills and contribute to our drink menu. You'll not only master our current spirit repertoire but also have the creative freedom to innovate, using our spirits to craft new, unforgettable concoctions.

The ability to lead, train, and educate both customers and team members.
A knack for creating an inviting, vibrant atmosphere that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
The drive to collaborate with the distilling team, bringing the essence of our spirits from barrel to bar.
The ability to manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
The creativity and collaborative attitude to design our seasonal cocktail menus and develop cocktail recipe suggestions for our website and social media.
The discipline to ensure bar area complies with all licensing, hygiene, and health and safety.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous experience in a bartending role, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and the beverage industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour.
